We take this opportunity to introduce ECONOMIC RURAL DEVELOPMENT SOCIETY [ERDS]. It is an NGO working at four districts of West Bengal. It emerged in the year 1982. It has mainly focused on child education, child sponsorship programme, support to elderly persons, women empowerment, campaign against child trafficking, vocational training, construction of low cost sanitary latrine and micro-credit.
